Luis is responsible for building long-term solutions for Quest Global’s clients through strong, mature, and trusted relationships. With over 25 years of experience in the aerospace and defense sectors, he has developed a solid career in leadership roles, focusing on client management, strategic business development, and managing complex transformations. He drives strategies and action plans that contribute to increasing the pace of product development and improving operational efficiency through innovation.
With a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid, he recently joined Quest Global in 2025. Previously, he held leadership positions at Capgemini and Altran, spearheading the company’s commitment to client success, innovation, and business transformation.
For seventeen years, he worked in the Spanish government as Deputy Chief of Economic Advisory Services at the Ministry of Defense, in the Office of the Secretary of State for Defense, and Deputy to the CEO of Isdefe. In 2003, he was appointed commissioner of the Spanish government for the material reconstruction of Iraq after the war. Since 2008, he has founded companies in a dozen countries, always focused on the world of technology in security and transportation. He has served as president and vice president of the Global Industrial Cooperation Association, which brings together the largest aerospace and defense companies worldwide.
He is currently a consultant to transnational corporations and president of his consulting firm, providing assistance to international companies in the fields of defense, aeronautics, and engineering. He holds several national and international awards. He joined Quest Global as a consultant in 2022.
